Product Introduction

DK-6677 is a silicone-carbon structured non-hydrolytic silicone foam stabilizer with special low emission characteristics, suitable for use in the production of medium and high density flexible polyurethane foam blocks.

Appearance: transparent viscous liquid

Viscosity (25℃): 900~1300mPa.s

Density (25℃): 1.01~1.05g/cm 3

Water solubility: soluble

Characteristic

– Good openness of foam, good rebound, soft feel, fine and uniform pore size

– With a wide tolerance of the foaming process

– Good emulsification effect on various foaming raw materials, and has excellent nucleation, uniform bubble effect

– Good flame retardant performance when used with flame retardant

– Ultra-low emission characteristics, the content of D4/D5/D6 in the product is <0.1%, and the prepared foam products fully meet the EU and IKEA standards.

Application and storage and transportation

DK-6677 is mainly used in the production of medium and high density polyether-based flexible polyurethane foam.

DK-6677 can also be used for the production of flame retardant foams, which can meet California 117 and BS 5852.

DK-6677 is suitable for foam formulation systems containing hydrophilic polyols due to its hydrophilic structure.

The recommended use level is 1.0~3.0 pphp of polyol.

This product is a general chemical, non-toxic and non-corrosive.

– Store tightly in a dry and cool place, at least 24 months shelf life in the original sealed barrel, more than 24 months can be used if the test is qualified.
